너무 기분이 좋아서, 흥분해 가볍게 뛰는 모습을 비유한 말이다.
아이들이 기분이 좋거나, 좋은 일이 있을 때 뛰는 모습을 상상하면 된다.
아이를 넘어, 연인 사이에서는 모두 아이가 되는 것 같다.

用來比喻因為心情太好了，所以很興奮的輕快地跑步的樣子
你只要想像孩子們心情好，或是有好事情的時候跑步的樣子就可以了
除了孩子，戀人之間的全部都變成孩子的樣子

It's used to describe how someone looks like when he/she is really in a good mood and jumping around excitedly.
